It was my grandfather who inspired me to live life to its fullest. He taught me to wake up each morning
with a positive, enthusiastic attitude; to give someone a reason to smile every day; and to always take
time to enjoy grandma’s apricot cookies! His inspiration is what brought me to where I am today. It is
now my passion to inspire others to live life to its fullest, by making a commitment to their health, via
fitness, nutrition & lifestyle. (Cookies in moderation, of course!)

schedule and your busy lifestyle. Whatever
your individual goal - weight loss, eating
healthy to prevent heart disease or diabetes,
training to hike a mountain, run a 10k - I will
develop a result-driven plan that’s fun &

guide you on that journey. I will educate you in proper exercise technique, improving your nutrition
habits, creatively incorporating exercise into your busy lifestyle, handling stress, and so much more. I
will provide the support and education you need to achieve your health & fitness goals!
